Services are Provided Virtually

Head Sea Psychology believes that one of the most effective ways to support our teen clients are to also provide support and intervention within the family system. While working with your teen, it is expected that the parent(s) and/or guardian(s) are also regularly involved in the treatment process. 

Head Sea Psychology values a biopsychosocial approach in therapy. Meaning that you can expect sessions to inquire about physical, emotional, and social factors that might be impacting your mental health. We believe in supporting client with learning tangible skills to support them in navigating life's challenges. 

Head Sea Psychology provides a non-judgmental space for couples with the intention of fostering communication and validation within their relationships. Within couples counselling the practitioner may suggest that clients also engage in individual therapy to support their goals as a couple.
